Your HCG Diet Plan

YOUR DIET PLAN

– The 500-calorie diet is started on your third day of taking the drops.
Tea or coffee is allowed in any quantity – do not use sugar. Only one Tablespoon of milk is allowed in 24 hours. Stevia may be used. Green, Yerba Matte and Chamomile teas are preferred.

LUNCH:

  1. 100 GRAMS OF VEAL, BEEF, CHICKEN BREAST, FRESH WHITE FISH, LOBSTER, CRAB OR SHRIMP. All visible fast must be carefully removed before cooking and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird before cooking to avoid fat.
  2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus or cabbage. Amount is not limited. However, you may make a salad with the allowed vegetables.
  3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.
  4. An apple or a handful of strawberries or ½ grapefruit or an orange.

DINNER:

The same 4 choices as for lunch.

NOTES:

The juice of 1 lemon is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc. may be used for seasoning, but no oil, butter or dressing.

Tea, coffee, plain water or mineral water are the only drinks allowed but are allowed in any quantity. Avoid peppermint tea. Green Tea is an excellent choice.

Drink a minimum of two liters of water per day. Your body will be more likely to store water if you don’t drink enough. Water is also needed to wash away toxins and fat.

Use natural and organic skin care, for make up,  mineral powders are a good option  (and are good for your skin!).

No mouthwash or gum. Baking soda may be used for brushing teeth, if desired, or a natural toothpaste as long as it is not mint flavored – mint can interfere with the drops.

Also, the many toxins in hygiene products that we use every day are a concern, not only while on the HCG protocol, but for your general health as well.  If you are unaware as to how dangerous hygiene products are, I suggest you research that!

No variations of this may be introduced. All things not listed are forbidden.

Hello. I have only one question…I eat vegan and any list or recipe that I have read about this diet only includes food that I wouldn’t eat. Am I excluded from the group of people that can lose weight on this diet?

    • Being vegan makes this program difficult to follow. Vegetarians have options but they don’t line up with vegan. However, if you arranged a menu for yourself that provided between 500 – 800 calories with sufficient protein, I would expect the hcg drops to work for you – As I am not vegan I can’t advise you on the menu, you would certainly know more about that than me. Are you ready to give it a try? Thank you for contacting us.
